Local groups will be needed in every corner of the United States. They will be used for critical duties in order for the organization to survive and succeed. A constant recruiting campaign will be launched from the day of inception.

Outreach Marketing Strategy
As a 501(c) non-profit organization, Leviticus can take advantage of many free ways to market. Social media would be the catalyst of our marketing blitz, while cheap it is very effective. The following steps will be combined to efficiently spread the Leviticus mission and brand:
§ Visit churches and spread the word. Leave literature, place donation QR codes. Speak at the church during a service.
§ Meet with school boards to educate and ask to set up a student awareness assembly.
§ Launch a flyer campaign at shopping centers, church events, school activities, local fairs and other community gatherings. Manufacturing the flyers in-house and utilizing volunteers for distribution, the cost would be minimal.
§ Contact and connect with current predator hunters and similar organizations and create an ally.
§ Create a strong base of volunteers through online marketing and word of mouth. Adding people to the e-mail newsletter and mobile phone notifications will be crucial in outreach and sustainability.
§ Establish food drives in every area of the country. Radio and news stations offer FREE air time and advertising for local food drives. This would spread the Leviticus brand and mission at the cost of a phone call or e-mail.
§ Collaborate with local and online influencers to amplify outreach efforts on social media platforms.
§ Solicit marketing companies and online ad agencies for service donations. Generate donations and gain name recognition using their services. Essentially we would be hiring a marketing team and publicist at no cost.
Sustainability of Infrastructure
- Expand and enhance programs and services.
- Promote healthy relationships between victims and supporting agencies.
- Continue to develop new relationships with community groups and law enforcement.
- Collaborate with for profit companies and other shared goal organizations for funds and support.
- Consistently sharpen and upgrade our skills thinking with an open mind.
- Allocate our budget for the future. Set aside funds specifically for maintenance, tech upgrades, bad economy, pandemic, etc.
- Empower survivors to serve as mentors and advocates for Leviticus.
- Acquire land, real estate and other assets to secure the organizations longevity.
- Implement a leadership development program within Leviticus and volunteers.
- Create an e-mail newsletter to keep people engaged.
- Obtain grants from the federal government and businesses.
- Enhance our property management function to ensure safe, comfortable, and sustainable facilities.
- Expand our capacity to raise private and corporate funds through donor initiatives.
- Increase and diversify finances and community support.
- Perform assessments, inspections and impact evaluations in all aspects of Leviticus.
Operational Plan
Initial startup and foundation of the organization will be solely remote with no physical brick and mortar location(s). As funds increase through donations, grants and other sources, Leviticus would then spread as fast as possible. After acquiring a suitable building, the first “hub” will be set up. Used for online fishing investigations, advocacy, meetings and any other services/duties provided by Leviticus.
Support diversity to maximize the board’s impact and cultural competency.
Comprehensively assess and identify both available and needed resources to successfully execute the strategic plan.
Develop internal communication practices to promote open communication and shared leadership.
Develop volunteers and board members through ongoing training, workshops and conferences.
Financial Plan
The following is a list of procedures set in place for the launch of Leviticus. The financial plan will fluctuate depending on initial funds received and volunteer workforce. Some services have priority and impact over others. As a force we can only push forward with as many tools as we can afford.
Budgeting: Develop a detailed annual budget that accounts for all income and expenses. Create a spreadsheet detailing pragmatic costs, administrative expenses, fundraising and reserves. Regularly review and adjust based upon actual income and expense numbers.
Diversified Revenue Streams: Cultivate multiple sources of funding, grants, sponsorships, government contracts and asset donations.
Fundraise: Implement the strategies listed in the Fundraising plan. Invest in donor relationship management systems and strategies to maximize donor engagement and contributions.
- Immediately launch a donation campaign through social media.
- Utilize Google ad grants which offer up to $10,000 per month for eligible nonprofits. The program displays ads for your nonprofit alongside Google search results for keywords.
- Grant applications have already been filed and will continue to apply for grants and funds of any kind.
- Budget allocation, 12% of funds received will be escrowed for obtaining assets for the future of Leviticus. Less than 5% is used for salary and compensation of board members and employees.
Maintain accurate financial records to prevent fraud and inefficiencies. Practice transparency in financial reporting by making information readily accessible to board members and stake holders. Publish all annual reports.
Market Analysis
Every organization, agency or person(s) with the same ambition and goals in mind is an ally. However, all other groups seeking donations and support are seen as competition. Any soul with a heart or any God fearing human being will support our initiative; our only true competitor is the evil that preys on women and children. The “market” per say, in this case is in definite need of support. Law enforcement and detectives only have so much manpower allotted for certain crimes and investigations. Leviticus will provide support through volunteers, private investigators and fugitive trackers to relieve some of the burden on other agencies.
According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics nearly 70% of domestic violence is never reported. Those numbers may be even higher simply because some victims do not know they are being abused. Education and awareness would absolutely bridge that gap.
Recent studies show over 65% of sexual abuse offenses are NEVER reported to the police by the victims. The fact that 50% of the cases that ARE reported to police never lead to an arrest, would reflect why sexual assaults are not being reported to police. Fear, can no longer hold victims back. Leviticus will strive to change that stigma by providing advocacy, hope and a safe place to retreat and rebuild.
Fundraising
Nonprofit fundraising is crucial for organizational success. Implementing our financial and fundraising plan will give the organization the revenue needed for mission related programming and day-to-day operations. The following strategies will be applied for obtaining funds for functioning costs and victim needs.
- Community, Philanthropy and federal foundation grants
- Peer-to-peer fundraising - Contributions are made through individualized donation pages that are linked up to your nonprofit’s main donation form
- T-shirt fundraiser gives donors a tangible item that spreads our cause
- Phonathon - a fundraising campaign that requires volunteers to call donors to ask for contributions
- Matching gifts - essentially a “Buy One, Get One Free” sale available to fundraising organizations through corporate philanthropy programs
- Create a GoFundMe campaign and other crowd funding opportunities
- Look into other funding websites/apps: Give Butter, Bonfire, Snowball, 99 Pledges, Indiegogo, and kickstarter
- Hold sports tournaments: bowling, poker, mini and traditional golf, marathons, dodge ball, basketball, etc.
- Church Bazaars, car washes and community yard sales
- Social media marketing blast and email campaign
- Direct mail flyers – most donors over 65 use this method to send funds
- Partner with online shopping networks where a portion of sales are donated
- Offer monthly subscription tiers and “plan a gift” offers for reoccurring donations
- Capitol campaigns for specific projects such as buildings, vehicles and technology
- Text to give - a carrier-based mobile fundraising method
- Events like galas bake sales, walkathons and charity auctions
- Video game and trading card contests (spreads awareness to kids)
- Battle of the bands concert featuring local bands
- Scavenger hunts using local businesses that are sponsors
- Comedy night at local venues/businesses
- Partner with local businesses to give us a percentage on a specific day. They in return get publicity and ad time.
- Winter and spring clothing and food drives
Objectives/Goals
§ Increase access to comprehensive legal assistance for victims.
§ Implement a leadership development program.
§ Strengthen the well-being of our diverse community by protecting and improving their lives.
§ Create a measurement tool for each program to determine performance and impact.
§ Purchase or build office space for Leviticus that would include office space and housing options.
§ Obtain hotels or empty malls for shelters. (Transitional Housing)
§ Our services mitigate abuse and lessen the strain on public safety and judicial resources.
Evaluation & Impact Assessment
Ultimately fundraising will serve as the lifeline for Leviticus. In order to achieve a positive impact on society, securing the necessary resources to sustain the programs and services will be challenging. The programs and services provided by Leviticus would not only change society for the better, they would also alleviate the burden for law enforcement.
Impact assessments of services must be administered annually in order to upgrade or terminate programs. Being that the organization is in its start up phase, there are no statistics to base beneficiary results or impact.
Studies suggest that children in step-families are 40 times more likely to be abused than children living with both biological parents.
1 in 4 cases of domestic violence are reported to the police.
